Inside Service Representative
Job Code:SERV2
Exempt-Non Exempt:Hourly
FT/PT Status:Full Time
Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process service proposal documentation for warranty and part requests
  • Field customer service calls in response to service proposals and proactively follow-up with customers regarding open service items
  • Ensure paperwork is processed accurately and timely in alignment with department goals
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring proper documentation is created and maintained for all requests
  • Maintain professional communication during all customer communications
  • Assist the team to coordinate onsite service visits, as needed, for our field crew

Job Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within the Customer Service field, specifically within an office environment, is required
  • Experience with the Construction Industry is required
  • Technical experience, such as with parts, gaskets, etc. is preferred
  • Experience with blueprints and/or AutoCAD is helpful

We are currently seeking a candidate for our Inside Service Department. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar office role within the Construction Industry. Depending on the candidate’s background, other opportunities may be available within our Project Management Team.
