Office Assistant

Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

This role will be providing administrative support to various departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, and/or Inventory. Candidates will provide general clerical assistance for all related areas (functions will vary by department); typical tasks will include filing, scanning, faxing, and copying. In addition, the candidate will perform back-up responsibilities for our Front Office, such answering phones and directing callers, preparing rooms for meetings, and other functions as needed.

A full-time (40 hours/week) candidate is preferred, but the Company will consider part-time candidates (20+ hours). 

Job Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of related office experience is required; three years of related experience is preferred
• Must have strong computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office Programs
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis (project work and/or year-end filing) required
• Bending, crouching, and/or twisting on an occasional basis is also required for this position
